To attend a Tres Dias weekend, please follow these instructions:

Both forms have instruction for saving, filling out and submitting them; please be sure to read and follow the directions to ensure the form is received.
To access the forms you will need Adobe Reader on your computer; if you are unable to open the forms you can download the Reader by clicking HERE. If you do not want the 2 "Free" McAfee products, or any other free product, uncheck the center 2 boxes before installing (Recommended).

The cost for the weekend is approximately $125.00 per participant. The cost includes three nights lodging, meals, and all materials necessary for the weekend.
